JFB Cores Limited are able to manufacture performance cores suitable for
all applications in the manufacture and conversion of cast and extruded
film.
The cores are available in long lengths and tight tolerance cut lengths.
SELF ADHESIVE LABEL & TAPE CORES
The self adhesive label and tape core market is fully catered for by JFB Cores Limited.
Small and volume quantities in any diameter and length are supplied, often from stock, and can be ordered with printed inner plies.
The label and tape cores are produced using modern high speed cutting machinery which achieves accurate length tolerances.
A
wide range of cores specifically designed for Paper and Tissue Mills and
Paper Converters are available from JFB Cores Limited.
Paper Mill Cores are available in diameters from 50mm to 500mrn and wall thickness up to 16mm all of which can be designed and manufactured with special inner and outer board grades to ensure that core locks and air bars perform efficiently without "chewing" of the core, dynamic loading stresses are absorbed and multi-use can be achieved.
Cores can be supplied dried to 8% prior to despatch to ensure that straightness and dimensional stability of the core is achieved. Paper converting companies are supplied with stick length and pre-cut cores specifically designed to operate efficiently on the various reeling, slitting and finishing equipment used within the industry. For these applications, cores can be dried to ensure dimensional stability.
Deckle and long length cores are supplied palletised on bearer tubes or wooden pallets and stretch wrapped. Shorter length cores are supplied on wooden pallets with corrugated protection and stretch wrapping to ensure pallet stability.
